He was a member & Award holder from of Chartered Insurance Institute (UK). He is a Postgraduate in Psychology, Master Transactional Analyst and  National Vice President of Institute for Counseling and Transactional Analysis (ICTA).

His team consists of around 75 members and many of them are top ranking professional financial consultants among Kerala.

In the year 2020 where, Global Pandemic affected across the world his two team members qualified for Prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) meeting at United States of America. In the year 2021 the three members qualified and in the year 2022 first Double MDRT and two MDRT members were qualified.
